Sales Audit Clerk/Accounts Receivable

This role plays an important part in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of point of sale revenue across UK and European operations, helping to maintain data accuracy, financial integrity, and strong control processes. It involves reconciling sales data, investigating variances, maintaining control accounts, and producing regular reporting to support business decision making. The position also supports operational and project-based activities across the Sales Audit function, including process improvement initiatives, supplier master data administration, and stakeholder query resolution.

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of point of sale revenue across UK and European operations.
• Reconcile sales data and investigate variances.
• Maintain control accounts and support data accuracy, financial integrity, and strong control processes.
• Produce regular reporting to support business decision making.
• Support operational and project-based activities across the Sales Audit function.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Administer supplier master data.
• Resolve stakeholder queries.
• Work closely with teams across the business to support the efficient operation and continuous development of Sales Audit processes.

• Experience working in a finance, retail, or commercial environment.
• Highly numerate with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using Excel to analyse and report on data.
• Proactive with a focus on improving processes and efficiencies.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
• A positive team player committed to delivering high standards.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Five days a week for the first three months, transitioning to three days a week with remote working thereafter.
