The role is predominantly based at the London broadcast facility during race weekends, where the postholder handles the full production lifecycle — ideating, live-clipping, editing and publishing short-form video and graphics at speed. The content produced is aimed at capturing millions of fans across global time zones.
Key Responsibilities

- Staff live event windows from the London broadcast facility, performing fast-turnaround clipping, editing and posting of racing action with zero lag.
- Translate complex sporting regulations, trackside action and sustainability stories into accessible visual content.
- Monitor viral formats, audio hooks and visual editing trends to continuously elevate Formula E's creative output.
- Manage content plans, post-production calendars and graphic asset libraries ahead of race weekends and campaign rollouts.
- Analyse content performance metrics and retention data alongside the Insights team to refine future creative formats.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Proven background in social-first video and multimedia content creation within sports, live events or entertainment.
- Proficiency in professional editing suites, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, alongside live clipping tools such as WSC or Slate.
- Demonstrated ability to clip, edit and deliver fast-turnaround video under the high-pressure conditions of a live broadcast or digital gallery environment.
- Deep understanding of short-form video pacing, hook creation, kinetic captions and native formatting specifications across major social platforms.
- Meticulous attention to detail to preserve brand consistency and accurate coverage during live, fast-paced publishing.
- Predominantly London-based for race-weekend coverage, with flexibility for select international travel.
Workplace
- Hybrid role, with three days a week required in the Hammersmith, London office.
Benefits & Perks
- 25 days' annual leave, a birthday day off and wellbeing leave.
- Opportunity to extend your stay if travelling for a race event.
