Converse AI Enablement Graduate Internship

The AI Enablement Graduate Intern owns a defined AI project from problem framing through recommendation, activation and measurement, pushing the boundaries of how Converse thinks about AI across the enterprise. The role sits within the Enterprise Acceleration & Operations team, which stewards the Office of the CEO to turn the company's most important enterprise priorities into coordinated action. The intern works closely with the Sr.

• Own a priority AI enablement project from start to finish, from problem framing through recommendation, activation and measurement.
• Structure the project, align leaders on the brief, conduct the analysis and develop the recommendation.
• Work with a cross-functional team to move the work into execution.
• Test new ways to use AI across Converse, including how leaders use AI to make decisions, manage the business and increase the effectiveness of their teams.
• Potentially redesign a high-friction enterprise workflow with generative AI, automation or agents.
• Potentially create and test AI-enabled management reporting, scorecards, meeting preparation, decision support or knowledge management.
• Potentially develop a role-based AI activation model for a priority function to improve how Converse serves consumers.
• Potentially identify where AI can create capacity and how that capacity should be measured and reinvested.
• Potentially build a repeatable playbook for moving AI use cases from idea to adoption and measurable value.
• Engage with the Senior Leadership Team and key functions to structure complex problems, align leaders and accelerate decisions.

• Enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Experience in management consulting, strategy consulting, corporate strategy, enterprise transformation, organisational effectiveness, digital transformation or an equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience structuring ambiguous problems, developing a project approach, aligning stakeholders on scope and independently driving work to completion.
• Understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, automation and AI-enabled productivity tools, including their practical limitations and responsible-use considerations.
• Strong AI fluency, curiosity and the ability to translate emerging technology into practical business change are essential.
• Ability to turn a broad business question into a clear project brief, align stakeholders, conduct rigorous analysis and drive the work through execution.
• Demonstrated problem structuring, hypothesis development, work planning and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop a clear project brief that defines the business problem, intended outcomes, scope, milestones, stakeholders, decision points, risks and measures of success.
• Ability to build alignment, manage stakeholders, facilitate working sessions and advance cross-functional work without direct authority.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including synthesis of business, operational, usage and stakeholder evidence.
• Excellent written, verbal and executive communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI topics into clear business language and present to senior executives.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, exercise sound judgment and move independently from direction to delivery.
