- Support the Head of FP&A in executing the Brand Plan and achieving EMEA sales and margin objectives.
- Manage, coach and develop one FP&A Analyst while promoting accountability, effective training and continuous learning.
- Work closely with the HOKA FP&A team to build consistent brand and channel reporting and share best practices.
- Maximise available EMEA and global reporting tools while supporting adoption of platforms such as Tableau and Power BI, including training where needed.
- Drive continuous improvement in FP&A reporting, planning, processes and business self-sufficiency.
- Take ownership of recurring FP&A touchpoints, including weekly trade, billings, planning, reforecasts and reporting, while providing ad hoc analysis as business needs evolve.
- Build strong relationships across Commercial, Finance and the wider EMEA organisation, becoming a trusted point of contact for FP&A support.
