The position works closely with Full Price Retail Stores through regular store visits and with both local leadership and global counterparts through buy plans and follow-up reporting.

- Drive the strategy to hit end-of-season Sell-Through (ST%) targets through precise tracking and corrective actions.
- Execute seasonal "inline" product buys in strict alignment with regional targets and historical performance data.
- Design and implement stock promotions and price reductions that align with Gross Margin (GM) objectives and stock-turn targets.
- Identify and prioritise top-performing items to maximise profitability through strategic replenishment and visibility.
- Manage in-season markdowns and promotional activities to clear aging stock while protecting brand equity.
- Coordinate the rollout of special collections in strict adherence to global launch dates and marketing calendars.
- Maintain close relationships with Full Price Retail Stores, including weekly or bi-weekly store visits.
- Prepare and present comprehensive buy plans and follow-up reports to both local leadership and global counterparts.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in the retail industry.
- University degree.
- Fluency in English.

- Ability and willingness to collaborate with a diverse workforce, with intercultural understanding.
- Ability to work well under pressure, to manage a variety of tasks at the same time and within a dynamic organisation.
- Proven MS Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
