- Present a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable interface between the Tour itself and all visitors, acting as an ambassador for both.
- Actively listen and lead with empathy, integrity and transparency.
- Proactively seek ways to support the team in working towards the collective goal of exceeding visitors' expectations.

- Deliver exciting scripted speeches and special effects demonstrations, providing expert Harry Potter insight.
- Conduct Added Value Tours and assist in Audio Descriptive Tours as required.
- Work with the management team to enhance the show and visitor experience at every opportunity.

- Adhere to and champion all guidelines and policies in accordance with WBD policies and procedures.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Understanding of the Harry Potter film series and filmmaking.
- Previous work experience in a customer or visitor facing role, where a strong emphasis was placed on quality of service and/or experience.
- Presentation skills, including enthusiasm and the ability to speak in public to groups of up to 300 on a microphone, covering both scripted elements and improvisation.
- Demonstrable ability to learn new skills and adapt to new situations within a visitor focused environment.
- Able to contribute positively and to enjoy working effectively as part of a large and varied team.
Preferred Skills
- Previous work on-stage is desirable.
Workplace
- Onsite role: all working hours and days, regardless of shift pattern, are carried out at the place of work.
- Contracts range from 16 to 40 hours per week.
- Weekend work is required and includes both Saturday and Sunday; all working patterns include weekends and Bank Holidays, with part-time contracts working a proportionate number of weekends and Bank Holidays as full-time contracts.
- Normal hours of work are between 8am and 10pm over the peak summer period and weekends, and from 8am until 8pm at other times, with some evening event work finishing at 00:30.
- Shifts outside these hours can be opted into and can start as early as 7am.
- A free shuttle bus runs from Watford Junction, but it cannot be relied upon if start or finish times fall outside opening hours, so own travel arrangements must be made on those occasions.
- Requires standing for up to 5 hours at a time, performing light lifting and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Areas and shows in which Interactors perform contain water-based smoke effects, flashing lights and sudden loud noises, and involve interaction with live show elements such as live actors portraying Death Eaters.
