- Experience coordinating or managing partnerships and campaigns, from initial brief through to content delivery and reporting.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach, with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to talent revenue growth.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple talent, campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- A genuine passion for talent, digital culture, media and entertainment.
- For more senior positions, a proven track record of growing talent rosters, delivering commercial revenue, negotiating complex deals and leading teams.
- An understanding of the commercial and strategic opportunities within the digital, entertainment, gaming and sport industry.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working within a talent management agency.
The Application Process
This is an expression of interest opportunity rather than an advertisement for a specific live vacancy. By expressing interest, candidates help OTG understand their background and have their profile considered for relevant opportunities as they arise; submission does not guarantee an interview or an immediate vacancy.
- Submit a CV.
- Describe your experience in talent management, including the types of talent you have worked with and the level of opportunity you are interested in.
