Athletes Trainee

This scholarship opportunity is aimed at university students or recent graduates in sports-related fields who are enthusiastic about sports. The role sits within the Sports Marketing department at Red Bull Spain and provides learning exposure to athlete management, cross-functional sports projects and internal planning. The scholar supports athlete operations, logistics, project support and business intelligence while progressively developing sports marketing and project management skills.

• Assist in the preparation of branding proposals and equipment requests.
• Help coordinate internal logistics for product and material shipments.
• Maintain organised records of athlete assets and project information.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of sports marketing materials and support inventory tracking and branding assets.
• Support internal projects under team guidance, progressively taking on more complex learning assignments once the 2027 calendar is set.
• Support the maintenance and updating of internal sports databases such as SportsNet and CRH.
• Assist in updating monthly reporting dashboards including Drinkings, BPR and other internal trackers.
• Prepare internal reports and summaries to facilitate team decision-making.
• Support the creation of the monthly Sports Newsletter highlighting athlete achievements, project updates and key milestones.
• Contribute to improving internal organisation and documentation.

• Currently a university student studying Sport Marketing, CAFYD or a related discipline such as Physical Education or Sports Management, or a recent graduate within the last two years pursuing further education in these fields, such as additional courses, a master's degree or postgraduate studies.
• Has studied disciplines related to Sports Marketing, Physical Education or Sports Management for a maximum of two years.
