(Junior) Manager Business Processes Planning & Analytics

Manages assigned data analytics and AI projects from initiation through implementation and handover, maintaining clear plans, milestones, deliverables and status reporting. The post-holder coordinates cross-functional teams of internal and external members, including business representatives and product owners, solution architects, data modellers, data engineers, analytics engineers and testers. Working within a complex international environment, the position links business stakeholders with technology delivery teams to ensure aligned and timely execution.

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through implementation and handover, maintaining clear plans, milestones, deliverables and status reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams of internal and external members, including business representatives and product owners, solution architects, data modellers, data engineers, analytics engineers and testers, to ensure aligned and timely execution.
• Support the translation of business requirements into clear project objectives, delivery plans and coordinated technology activities.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, quality, deliverables and resource requirements, addressing deviations and coordinating corrective actions.
• Maintain regular communication with business and technology stakeholders on progress, decisions, risks, dependencies and required actions.
• Identify, track and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, coordinating mitigation activities and escalating where necessary.
• Coordinate testing, business validation, deployment readiness, documentation, communication and handover activities to support successful implementation and adoption.
• Apply established project management methods, governance processes and delivery tools while contributing practical improvements and lessons learnt.

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or AI project management, or a comparable role within a complex international environment.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving multiple business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, align expectations and communicate effectively across organisational levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, business-focused language.
• Structured, analytical and results-oriented mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of data and analytics concepts, delivery processes and technology environments.

• Experience with modern analytics and cloud technologies such as Databricks, Microsoft Azure, Power BI or comparable platforms.
