Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day production point of contact for external clients, managing creative requests, priorities, timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, internal marketing, creative, and media teams, and external agency partners, leading regular planning, status, and stakeholder meetings and communicating progress, risks, and dependencies.

- Lead end-to-end creative production from briefing and scoping through asset development, reviews, approvals, versioning, and final delivery, translating marketing objectives, campaign strategies, and media plans into actionable creative briefs.
- Oversee high-volume creative asset creation and delivery across multiple clients, campaigns, and channels, developing production schedules, deliverable lists, and timelines to meet campaign and media deadlines.

- Manage creative review and approval processes, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and maintain quality control so assets align with approved briefs, brand guidelines, technical specifications, and client expectations.
- Oversee production across paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels, including paid and organic social, digital display and programmatic, video and streaming, web and email, out-of-home and digital out-of-home, print and traditional media, experiential and event marketing
- And partnership and sponsorship marketing.
- Ensure creative teams have visibility into media plans, technical specifications, asset requirements, and activation timelines, manage versioning across audiences, markets, messaging, concepts, and placements, and incorporate campaign performance insights into future briefs.
- Build and establish creative production processes, workflows, and operational frameworks from the ground up, developing scalable systems for intake, briefing, resource allocation, production tracking, approvals, and asset delivery.
- Establish clear ways of working across creative, media, account management, and client teams, maintain a centralised view of requests, deliverables, owners, deadlines, and status, and create standardised templates, trackers, asset management systems, and approval processes.
- Identify process gaps, workflow bottlenecks, resource constraints, and automation opportunities, implement practical solutions, and continuously refine workflows to support growing creative demands and business growth.
- Collaborate with creative and operational leadership to plan and allocate production resources, manage scopes, timelines, and budgets, optimise production costs, and coordinate external production partners, freelancers, and vendors.
- Provide guidance and direction to producers, production coordinators, and cross-functional creative teams, acting as a trusted production partner to designers, editors, motion graphics artists, creative directors, strategists, and media specialists.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in creative production, integrated production, marketing production, or creative operations, ideally within a creative, advertising, digital, media, or integrated marketing agency.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end creative production across multiple clients, campaigns, and marketing channels.
- Strong understanding of creative asset development and production workflows across digital, social, paid media, video, web, email, print, out-of-home, and experiential marketing.
- Experience overseeing high-volume asset production, including resizing, adaptation, versioning, and delivery across multiple formats and placements.
- Strong client-facing experience, with the ability to confidently manage stakeholder relationships, lead production conversations, and communicate with senior internal and external partners.
- Demonstrated ability to translate marketing objectives, creative concepts, and media requirements into clear production briefs and actionable deliverables.
- Working knowledge of paid media channels, creative specifications, and the production requirements associated with different platforms and placements.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent campaigns, deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder feedback.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including designers, editors, creative directors, media specialists, and external production partners.
- Strong understanding of creative review, approval, quality assurance, and asset delivery processes.
- Experience managing production resources, budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Builder mentality: genuinely excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up, establish processes, and shape how a growing creative production function operates.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter: highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative, identifying challenges, and driving solutions independently.
- Comfortable with ambiguity: thrives in evolving environments where processes may not yet exist and enjoys bringing clarity, structure, and direction.
- Process-oriented problem solver: proven ability to design, implement, and improve workflows, systems, and ways of working rather than simply maintaining established processes.

- Experience working with clients in the sports, entertainment, media, or consumer brand industries.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, traditional, and experiential media.
- Familiarity with media planning, trafficking, campaign activation, and creative performance optimisation.
