About the Role
CNN International is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the execution and delivery of cross-platform advertising campaigns across its international commercial platforms. The role helps ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently and successfully from booking through to reporting. The Sales Assistant provides support to Sales Planners, Managers and Directors within the CNN International Commercial sales team, helping to ensure smooth campaign delivery and effective account administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and book cross-platform campaigns, ensuring timely activation and accurate scheduling.
- Monitor campaign delivery, proactively identifying and resolving issues such as missing creative assets or sponsorship scheduling.
- Track revenue and campaign status to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Prepare pre-, mid- and post-campaign reports providing clear performance insights.
- Support new business setup, including processing contracts and invoices.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date records of bookings, creative assets, client deliverables and payment statuses.
- Provide ongoing administrative account support to ensure smooth and efficient campaign execution.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar account support or campaign coordination role, with exposure to managing bookings, deliverables and reporting.
- Confidence in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, agencies and internal stakeholders, combined with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to track performance data and produce clear campaign reports.
- Interest in media, current affairs and working in an international environment, with a motivated and positive approach to learning and progression.
Workplace
- Hybrid working model combining remote and in-office work, following current company policy and to be agreed with the Line Manager.
- The working agreement may be changed where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.
