- Prepare tech packs, material briefs and CADs that clearly convey the structures, yarn palette and product build, making adjustments at each sample stage to optimise, and uphold high standards for quality and craft.
- Keep the athlete and consumer voice at the centre of the work by considering feedback, wear tests and reviews to improve the product at each stage, focusing on comfort, fit and durability.
- Champion clarity in documentation, presentations and reporting to support informed decision-making, while following internal processes and sustainability goals.
- Travel regionally and internationally for consumer and athlete insights, as well as factory visits.
- Actively participate in the creative process, communicate design ideas effectively to diverse audiences using compelling tools, and foster strong cross-functional relationships.
Required Experience & Qualifications

- 3D design program experience.
- Experience with presentation programs such as Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Ideally 5+ years of relevant design experience.
The Application Process
A number of accommodations are offered to complete the interview process, including screen readers, sign language interpreters, an accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning and other reasonable modifications as needed.
