- Monitor real-time news, stats and industry pricing to help guide trading decisions.
- Trade live games in real time, making quick adjustments to pricing based on game flow, key events and customer behaviour.
- Collaborate with other Traders and work cross-functionally with Risk, Product, Marketing and Compliance teams in a cooperative and inclusive environment.
- Help brainstorm new bet types or ways to improve the customer experience, with consideration for how fans engage with the game.
- Work alongside experienced Traders to develop the confidence and expertise to price markets independently and manage risk.
- Support other duties as required by evolving business needs and preferences.

- Strong comfort with numbers, odds and probability, and quick mental maths skills.
- Understanding of how odds relate to probability (%) and how betting markets work; it is not necessary to bet personally.
- Proficiency with Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the curiosity to research and stay ahead of news and trends.
- Comfortable making decisions under pressure while staying responsive to rapidly changing information.
- Ability to work outside typical business hours, including nights and weekends.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and to obtain a DGE licence for trading activities.
Preferred Skills
