Sr. Integration Developer (Informatica)

The WBD Integration team is seeking a Senior Integration Developer to provide technical expertise in supporting and enhancing the integration suite, including Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The role focuses on integrating ERP applications and SaaS and PaaS platforms such as SAP, Salesforce and Workday, together with data warehouses including Teradata, Snowflake and Redshift. Primary responsibilities centre on the day-to-day configuration and development of the Informatica platform.

• Design, develop and implement integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services, configuring data mappings, transformations and workflows to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain APIs and connectors to integrate with various data sources and applications, including custom APIs that handle bulk volumes and pagination.
• Translate conceptual system requirements into technical data and integration requirements, and prepare data flow diagrams and/or process models.
• Work with business and QA teams during the various phases of deployment, including requirements, QAST and SIT, and coordinate activities between different lines of business and teams.
• Perform unit testing and debugging of applications, and peer review objects developed by other developers in the team as needed, to ensure the quality of delivered requirements and the overall health of the system.
• Monitor integration processes and proactively identify and resolve performance or data quality issues, provide ongoing maintenance and support for integration solutions, and perform regular updates and upgrades to keep integrations current.
• Develop standards and processes to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives, and participate in research and make recommendations on integration products and services.
• Report functional gaps in existing applications, suggest business process improvements, and provide support for bug fixes and issues reported.
• Work on proofs of concept with new connectors, closely with the Network team.
• Act as a mentor to other teammates, complete more complex assignments, projects and work, and demonstrate advanced proficiency in the full range of skills required to perform the role.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a similar major.
• 5+ years' developer experience in Informatica IICS Application Integration and Data Integration.
• Experience with PowerCenter alongside IICS and complete knowledge of the SDLC process.
• Experience in API development, including best practices, testing methods and deployment strategies.
• Expertise with tools such as SOA, ETL, ERP and XML.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of Python, AWS Redshift, Snowflake and relational databases.
• Knowledge of UNIX shell scripts, with the ability to write and debug shell scripts.
• Strong communication and analytical skills to work effectively with peers, external partners and vendors, and business users.
• Ability to independently complete individual tasks in a dynamic environment to achieve departmental and company goals.

• Informatica certification in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services.
• Experience with other integration tools and middleware.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Experience with the Informatica cloud platform.
