O2C & Export Specialist – International Markets

Sits within the International Customer Service team and owns the end-to-end order-to-cash process for assigned international markets. It combines O2C ownership, export expertise, and supply chain coordination, and is not a traditional customer service position. The postholder manages markets with a high degree of autonomy, ensures a stable flow of goods, and drives process improvements.

• Manage and improve the end-to-end order-to-cash process for assigned international markets.
• Oversee order processing across finished goods, visibility items, packaging materials, and branded cars.
• Coordinate transport planning and shipment execution, ensuring export compliance with customs and legal requirements.
• Track shipments through delivery, maintain service reliability using BI tools, and handle invoicing, credit notes, returns, claims, credit risk, and dunning activities.
• Identify and resolve operational risks across the supply chain.
• Support product launches, packaging changes, and lifecycle activities to ensure smooth product transitions, timely introductions, and phase-outs.
• Maintain material, customer, and pricing data in core systems.
• Act as the main contact for assigned markets and manage communication with subsidiaries, distribution partners, co-packers, 3PLs, and internal stakeholders.
• Support stakeholders through projects, training, and issue resolution, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Business Applications, Data, and Commercial teams.
• Drive process and system improvements, advance digitalisation and automation initiatives, and use data insights to improve performance and decision-making.

• 5+ years of experience in international O2C, export, or supply chain.
• University degree in Business or Supply Chain, or 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (SD/MM/TM), BI tools, and MS Office.
• Experience managing complex international supply chain setups.
• Strong analytical skills and end-to-end process understanding.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities.
• High reliability, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience in FMCG/CPG.
• German language skills.
