About the Role
Leads a cross-functional squad focused on solving a clearly defined, high-value customer or business problem. It works with engineering, design, data and commercial teams to own measurable outcomes from strategy and discovery through to delivery. Reporting to the Director of Product, the postholder is part of the Product team and owns a strategically important mission and its outcomes end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional squad focused on solving a clearly defined, high-value customer or business problem.
- Work with engineering, design, data and commercial teams to own measurable outcomes from strategy and discovery through to delivery.
- Own a strategically important mission and its outcomes from end to end.
- Shape the product strategy, roadmap and priorities around a measurable customer or business problem.
- Lead discovery and delivery with engineering, design, data and commercial partners.
- Use customer insight, data and experimentation to test assumptions and adapt investment decisions.
- Define success metrics and align stakeholders around priorities, dependencies and trade-offs.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- More than five years' product management experience, with a track record of taking consumer products from concept to market.
- Experience leading cross-functional product squads against clearly defined customer or business outcomes.
- Experience turning broad or ambiguous problems into measurable outcomes, hypotheses and priorities.
- Strong experience using quantitative data, customer insight, experimentation and research to make evidence-based decisions.
