- Define and track product measurements by collaborating with analytics and technical teams to define, track, and interpret important measurements and quality metrics, transforming data-driven insights into applicable product improvements.
- Guide submissions and compliance by leading the planning, tracking, and execution of first-party submissions, global age-rating processes, and legal/licensing clearances.
- Orchestrate milestones and patches by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of game milestones and post-launch patch processes, ensuring seamless coordination between development, QA, and release teams.
- Lead external evaluations by overseeing the execution of third-party assessments, evaluations, and review processes to gather critical external feedback.
- Partner with leadership by collaborating with senior producers, engineering leads, and discipline directors to drive clear decision-making.
- Manage risk and resolve blockers by identifying project risks, designing mitigation plans, and guiding complex issues through to resolution.
- Translate and complete goals by translating high-level franchise goals into clear, applicable roadmaps for teams delivering shared technical capabilities.
- Maintain schedules, documentation, and communication channels to keep all partners aligned and informed.
- Champion the continuous improvement of production processes and cross-team collaboration methodologies.
- Support feature and design understanding by partnering with creative teams to help scope and define feature designs, aligning technical constraints with gameplay goals when needed.

- Experience managing complex, interdependent work with several teams simultaneously.
- Experience bringing structure to ambiguous or highly technical programs.
- Experience working with engineering and technical disciplines in a game development environment.
