Football Trader 3

Supports and maximises the growth and profitability of Entain's South American labels by providing effective day-to-day trading and management of positions and liabilities, underpinned by local knowledge. It maintains the Football product through feed management and market awareness in accordance with risk guidelines and group strategy, combining global and local betting and football knowledge. The role has a critical impact on Entain Trading results.

• Support and maximise the growth and profitability of Entain's South American labels through effective day-to-day trading and management of positions and liabilities.
• Maintain the Football product via feed management and market awareness in accordance with risk guidelines and group strategy.
• Deliver product, specifically the production and trading of prices for South American events.
• Trade key events using automated odds models and manage market risk in accordance with liability management protocols and market conditions.
• Monitor and identify customer behaviour, annotating where appropriate, and liaise with Sportsbook, profiling, responsible gambling and compliance teams in line with trading strategy.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing and event management in line with group strategy.

• Intermediate English, with flexibility.
• In-depth knowledge of South American football.
• Understanding of key time awareness, league code profiles, compiling, market drivers and Asian market awareness.
• Comfortable working with numbers, odds and data, with the ability to understand their impact on trading decisions.
• Flexibility around working times, including unsociable hours, weekends and nights.
• Global and local betting and football knowledge.
