- VISIT asset utilisation evaluation with warehousing efficiency analysis, and regional and business unit (e.g. Musketeers) investment analysis.
- Influence ongoing executional performance by measuring and communicating input KPI metrics to secure output performance, bringing visibility of existing commercial performance input KPIs such as spend per region, per customer, per print/online, and per NPD launch
- And working versus non-working spend including logistics and chillers per channel, and expanding visibility to not yet measured KPIs to unlock commercial and financial gains.
- Act as an inclusively challenging business partner that unites the business with insight and trust and prepares it to be future fit
- Enabling better decisions to be made faster by ensuring the right stakeholders have the right information in the right format at the right moment and influencing best-in-class processes and tools.
- Assess and influence what can be possible with future fit master data and systems setups as catalysts for intelligent insight and proactively disruptive decision making.
- Create intelligent insights that proactively disrupt decision making by revolutionising a reporting suite that brings to life commercial performance execution, including regional, customer, and sub-channel marketing investment and non-working inefficiencies.
- Reduce wastage with automation and ruthlessly simplify complexity within the business environment to empower Business Partners' execution, entrepreneurialism, and accountability.
- Embed compliance as a business-as-usual mindset, make compliance simple for business partners and daily rather than cyclical, support the Financial Accounting Team with year-end cut off, deliver full compliance with Group Controlling guidelines and Audit requirements
