Internship Central Content and Production

The Live Team offers a six-month opportunity focused on digital content production, with particular emphasis on live broadcasts. The role supports producers across ideation, planning, execution, and post-production while providing exposure to Red Bull's media environment. The successful candidate will help keep live content innovative and support production processes from pre-production through to post-event deliverables.

• Support research and ideation for new content formats and help bring fresh perspectives to existing ones.
• Monitor trends and explore new approaches to contribute ideas that keep live content innovative and engaging.
• Contribute to pre-production by helping producers with planning tasks and coordination, including timelines and documentation.
• Help ensure information is aligned before going live.
• Assist in creating clear and structured event guides and support the management and organisation of project information and materials.
• Join productions on-site where applicable as a runner or production assistant, supporting practical tasks to ensure smooth execution.
• Support activities at broadcasting facilities and contribute during post-production, including workflows and asset management.
• Help manage post-event deliverables, including handling metadata and coordinating between producers and content managers.
• Help ensure content is well-documented, searchable, and ready to be shared.

• Available to join in December 2026 for a 6-month period.
• Advanced undergraduate students, postgraduate students, or recent graduates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in content production, especially live formats, and high motivation to learn.
• Organisational skills and the ability to maintain clear, structured documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset to identify and address process inefficiencies.
• Confident communication skills to pitch and articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and stakeholders.
• High learning agility and willingness to quickly adopt new tools and methodologies.
• Basic digital skills.
• Highly structured, dependable work approach with strong attention to detail.

• Any additional language is an advantage.
• Prior exposure to production, such as runner roles, internships, or education in media, film, or TV, is beneficial.
• Experience with editing and AI tools is a plus.
