Senior MDM Operations Coordinator

Is responsible for maintaining high-quality master data that supports critical business processes across the ASICS EMEA region. It involves close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the accurate creation, maintenance and governance of enterprise master data, helping teams make informed and efficient business decisions. The position sits within the EMEA headquarters and works with MDM Specialists and stakeholders across various functions and countries.

• Create, enrich and maintain enterprise master data across the ASICS EMEA region, ensuring data is complete, accurate and on time.
• Ensure data is created in compliance with established business rules and standards.
• Monitor data quality standards and perform systematic validations to identify inconsistencies and execute data cleansing activities.
• Serve as the first point of contact for master data enquiries and coordinate with MDM Specialists to ensure timely resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across various functions and countries to support efficient data processes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and promote master data best practices throughout the organisation.
• Enforce data governance standards and ensure adherence to quality control procedures across all master data management activities.

• 2-4 years of experience in data administration or similar data-centric operational roles.
• ERP systems experience.
• Strong Excel proficiency and data validation capabilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Experience within an international organisation.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
