Field Account Specialist

Reporting within the Specialty & Regional sales team, the role holder builds relationships in the field with a variety of accounts, store managers and store staff at door level, and is responsible for driving sales, product knowledge and market share growth. The role supports adidas in leading the future of Running and setting the standard for the category in Norway. The position sits within a tight-knit team in Oslo and forms part of a Nordic team based in Stockholm.

• Build relationships in the field with a variety of accounts, store managers and store staff at door level.
• Drive sales, product knowledge and market share growth across the assigned account base.
• Support adidas in leading the future of Running and setting the category standard in Norway.
• Enhance stores through the delivery of product knowledge.
• Travel three to four days per week, including Saturdays where required, to support a selected door list covering Norway.
• Work within the tight-knit Oslo team and collaborate with the wider Nordic team based in Stockholm.

• 3+ years of retail or B2B experience in sales.
• Strong understanding of how to build relationships, supported by business acumen and an understanding of sales targets and what drives sales.
• Deep understanding of, or passion for, Running.
• Proficient Office 365 skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

• Based in the Oslo office alongside colleagues working across Sales and Marketing who share the same mission.
