SUN DAY RED - Senior Analyst Product Master Data

Owns product data end to end across Apparel, Accessories, Bags, and Footwear, safeguarding the accuracy and consistency of foundational data that powers core business systems from first style setup through final delivery. It partners closely with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Sales, Order Management, and Supply Chain to align brand, product, and go-to-market information across systems and reports. The role is also a key voice in shaping master data management as the business grows, including evolving processes and systems, supporting implementations and integrations, and driving continuous data improvement.

• Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Development, Finance, and Supply Chain on calendar milestones and data upload deadlines.
• Monitor data accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations, resolve discrepancies between systems, and escalate sync errors or conflicts.
• Document data standards, maintain the master data dictionary and governance matrix, identify the source of truth for each attribute, and maintain a clean product hierarchy, change history, and audit trail to support Finance and BI reporting.
• Support integrations that sync product data across systems, define and track data quality KPIs for completeness, accuracy, and timeliness, and build dashboards and scorecards that report data health to stakeholders.
• Own the master data request and change workflow, meeting defined SLAs for new style and change requests.
• Set up and maintain product data at the style, style colour, and size levels, released on schedule to meet go-to-market timelines, and ensure style attributes, size ranges, and size scales are complete, accurate, and consistent across product lines and seasons.
• Troubleshoot data issues that surface in order entry, purchasing, allocation, or fulfilment, manage item status across the product lifecycle, and support seasonal SKU rationalisation.
• Maintain product delivery and availability dates across systems, process changes, resolve gaps between planned and actual dates, set up and maintain wholesale and retail pricing by region, channel, and season, and validate pricing integrity between systems.
• Manage costing data including vendor price lists, PO pricing, and standard costs in partnership with Finance, Merchandising, Development, and Supply Chain
• Monitor HTS and duty changes and work with Logistics, Compliance, and Development to classify and validate new products
• And maintain freight attributes, country of origin, and material composition data.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual entry and sync errors, partner with IT and business teams on new systems and integrations including requirements input and user acceptance testing
• And develop training materials and SOPs while recommending governance improvements as the business scales.

• 5+ years of experience in product data management, merchandising operations, or supply chain compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with PLM, ERP, and BI platforms such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort validating large data sets across systems.
• Strong analytical skills, data modelling proficiency, and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience writing and maintaining data governance documentation and SOPs.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines across the product lifecycle.
• Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
• Process improvement mindset and adaptability as systems and processes evolve.

• Oracle ERP experience.
• SQL or database querying experience.
• Experience in apparel, footwear, or consumer goods.

• Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
• Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
• Able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment.
• Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
