International Casual Coach

Leeds United Foundation is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic International Casual Coach to join its Sports & Wellbeing team. The role involves representing the Foundation internationally and delivering high-quality football coaching programmes across a range of international territories. Working within the Foundation's coaching philosophy and curriculum, the postholder supports the development of players, coaches, and partner organisations while acting as a positive ambassador for Leeds United.

• Deliver high-quality football coaching sessions in line with the Leeds United Foundation International Coaching Curriculum across a variety of international locations.
• Create engaging, enjoyable, and developmental learning environments, adapting sessions to different ages, abilities, cultures, and environments and ensuring they reflect the Foundation's values and coaching philosophy.
• Support the delivery of international football development programmes, including providing guidance to local coaching staff and international partners and assisting with programme management and operational delivery when required.
• Act as a key Leeds United Foundation representative during overseas deployments and as an ambassador at all times.
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, player welfare, and professional conduct, completing risk assessments, maintaining programme documentation, registers, and participant records, and reporting concerns through appropriate procedures.
• Ensure all activities are delivered in line with safeguarding and equality policies.
• Complete programme reports when required, maintain accurate session records and documentation, and provide verbal and written feedback to Foundation management teams.
• Support programme evaluation and quality assurance processes.
• Attend all mandatory training, CPD, and staff development events, maintain coaching qualifications and safeguarding certifications, and continually develop coaching knowledge and delivery practices.
• Stay up to date with football coaching trends and best practice, build and maintain positive relationships with participants, parents, coaches, international partners, schools, and organisations, and maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while promoting the Foundation's vision

• UEFA B Licence (minimum requirement).
• FA First Aid Qualification.
• FA Safeguarding Children Qualification.
• Enhanced DBS clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• UEFA A Licence.

• Degree-level education (Level 6 or above).
