About the Role
Focuses on building and developing trusted relationships with running specialists and selected wholesale partners within an assigned territory. It involves strategic partnership development with retail partners to drive sustainable and profitable sales growth. The position supports retail partners through product training, sell-out initiatives, point-of-sale optimisation, stock monitoring and re-order identification.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and further develop sustainable, trusted relationships with running specialists and selected wholesale partners within the area of responsibility.
- Monitor stock levels and identify re-order opportunities.
- Plan, develop and deliver targeted product training sessions tailored to retail partners and selected customer locations.
- Organise and execute retailer events and test-and-try activations, gathering market and product feedback and sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Professional experience in sales, field sales, retail, category management or a comparable customer-facing role.
- A strong passion for running, sports and innovative products, combined with the ability to inspire and engage others.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills in English and Dutch.
- A self-driven, structured and solution-oriented approach, with a high level of initiative and ownership.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- A strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in German would be an additional advantage.
