Personal Trainer

A Personal Trainer is sought to join the team, delivering high-quality personal training sessions that include programming plans and guiding members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals. The role sits within a team whose members are described as the ambassadors of the business and the heart of what it does. The successful candidate will be supported in growing their client base through a three-day PT induction and can continue to develop their passion for health and fitness through CDP courses.

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions to members.
• Design and deliver programming plans tailored to members' needs.
• Guide and support members in the gym environment to help them achieve their goals.
• Inspire members and support them in reaching their health and fitness objectives.
• Deliver one-to-one (121) training sessions, choosing when to be available.
• Build and grow a personal training client base, supported by a three-day PT induction.
• Continue professional development through CDP courses.

• Hold a minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• A passion for health and fitness, with the ability to support and inspire members to achieve their goals.
• Overall great communication and interaction skills.
• Self-driven with a positive outlook.
• A passion for customer service.

• Minimum £16.00 per session, rising to £21.00 per session from the 16th session each week.
• 50% net revenue plus £5 on top when running the 16th session each week.

• Flexible working hours, with the trainer choosing when to be available for 121 training sessions (minimum 25 hours a week).
