CAA ICON Strategic Advisory Intern – Summer 2027 (Denver, CO)

The intern joins CAA ICON's Strategic Advisory Group, which provides services in venue advisory, valuation, and transaction due diligence. The role supports team members in performing strategic analysis for sports industry clients, including research and data preparation on stadium and arena development projects. It is a full-time, in-person internship running from 17 May 2027 to 6 August 2027.

• Support team members in performing strategic analysis for sports industry clients.
• Research and prepare data on stadium and arena development projects, covering market and financial feasibility, financing plans, negotiation advisory and support, economic and fiscal impact studies, and lease and real estate valuation.
• Aid in building professional reports to present to clients.
• Perform quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Assist other Strategic Advisory team members as needed.
• Carry out quality control of client reports, ensuring accuracy.

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Sports Management, or related experience, with an expected graduation date in Spring, Summer, or Winter 2027 or Spring or Summer 2028.
• Current university student in junior year, senior year, or a graduate programme.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organisational, multi-tasking, planning, and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to recognise discrepancies.
• Dependable, results-focused, and ethical.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in or near Denver, CO.
• Candidates who now or in the future require visa sponsorship are not eligible.

• A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.

• Interns are responsible for their own transportation.

• $19.84 – $26.00 Per hour; hourly rates for interns are determined by geographic location, among other criteria.
