About the Role
Provides analytical and operational support for product monitoring, stock transfers and reporting across the different sales channels. Day-to-day work includes maintaining tracking spreadsheets, analysing winning products, raising relevant alerts, and extracting data to build dashboards and management indicators in Excel and Power BI. The postholder also assists with all matters relating to SERNAC and works within a team that values being driven, vibrant and together.
Key Responsibilities
- Actualizar diariamente la planilla de seguimiento.
- Analizar productos ganadores y levantar las alertas pertinentes.
- Levantar los productos no publicados y su disponibilidad.
- Apoyar en todo lo relacionado con SERNAC.
- Gestionar los traspasos de stock hacia los distintos canales.
- Desarrollar reportes en Excel y Power BI a partir de bases de datos.
- Extraer y analizar información para la generación de dashboards e indicadores de gestión.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Seguro escolar.
- Disponibilidad de 4-6 meses.
- Inglés.
- Excel avanzado.
- Power BI intermedio.
- Disponibilidad full time.
- Tener como máximo 1-2 asignaturas pendientes.
