Senior Operations Excellence Coordinator

The Senior Operations Excellence Coordinator drives operational excellence through enhanced reporting, analytics and stakeholder engagement. The role optimises supply chain processes and supports continuous improvement initiatives across T1/T2 accounts and direct-to-consumer operations. Working closely with retail and digital business channels, as well as IT teams, the postholder helps transition manual operations towards automated, efficient systems in support of outstanding customer satisfaction.

• Support Commercial and Operations teams as an operational advisor, helping to optimise the end-to-end supply chain for T1/T2 accounts and DTC operations.
• Own and support operational reporting and dashboards, improving performance visibility and providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across operations to drive process optimisation and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT teams to automate reporting processes and integrate systems into the corporate reporting portal.
• Support the development and implementation of standardised operating procedures, helping to establish consistent and efficient ways of working across Operations.
• Deliver excellent service and support cost optimisation efforts to achieve customer satisfaction excellence.

• 2-4 years of working experience within Supply Chain/Operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in dashboards and reporting.
• Proactive and self-driven work style with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
