Seasonal Fitting & Sales Specialist - Cobra Golf (Contractor) Atlanta

Delivers custom fitting sessions for golfers of all skill levels, ensuring an industry-leading experience before, during and after each fitting. It provides custom specifications to consumers and accounts while developing relationships with CPG accounts within an assigned territory. The position collaborates with the Teamhead Custom Fitting and Territory Sales Manager to schedule fitting events and supports training and fitting cart management.

• Ensure customers receive an industry-leading experience before, during and after fitting sessions.
• Provide custom fit training and assistance to CPG accounts, sales representatives and demo technicians.
• Support CPG fitting cart locations, including training, management of tools and assisting in identifying suitable fit cart accounts.
• Visit National and Off Course Accounts for CPG product and fitting training.
• Maintain the custom demo matrix, coordinating new product additions and old product removals.
• Ensure custom fitting POP is up to date and in good working presentable order for field events.

• Passion for golf and a desire to establish a career in the golf industry.
• Experience with launch monitors (Trackman, Foresight or FlightScope) and golf club fitting.
• Understanding of basic and intermediate fitting terminology.
• Knowledge of golf ball flight data characteristics (speed, launch, spin).
• Strong knowledge of the golf swing and the skill set for playing golf.
• Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
• Industry-leading customer service and professionalism.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
• Ability to undertake extensive travel within the outlined territory.
• Valid driver's licence and a sufficiently sized vehicle to transport necessary tools.

• PGA / PGM affiliation preferred.
• Understanding of the green grass business preferred.

• Base pay: $200.00 - $240.00 per fitting day plus commission.
