The team connects expertise across functions, distribution centres, channels and value streams to improve performance faster and at scale, and is focused on delivering for athletes and consumers while continuously raising the bar in logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor supply chain and logistics performance, identify deviations and translate insights into clear actions with the right owners and timing.
- Combine operational information and analytical insights to identify root causes, opportunities, risks and practical recommendations that turn data into decisions.
- Identify repetitive, manual or fragmented activities and help redesign them into simpler, standardised and automated workflows.
- Partner with process owners and technology teams to define requirements, test solutions, support implementation and track adoption and value.
- Structure and deliver continuous improvement initiatives with clear scope, milestones, risks, expected outcomes and measurable business value.
- Design end-to-end solutions across functions, distribution centres, channels and value streams to connect local improvements to the wider logistics network.
- Stay close to the operation from problem definition through testing, deployment, stabilisation and handover to support implementation.
- Create clear processes, documentation, dashboards and routines that make improvements sustainable and reusable across teams.
- Facilitate discussions, align different perspectives and communicate progress, decisions and next steps clearly to stakeholders.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent professional experience, in supply chain, logistics, engineering, business analytics or a related field.
- A strong interest in supply chain, with relevant knowledge or hands-on experience built through education, internships, projects or professional experience in areas such as supply chain, distribution, logistics, project delivery or process improvement.
- Strong project-management skills, with experience structuring work around clear deliverables, milestones, risks and expected outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data and operational information into clear insights and recommendations.
- Experience identifying workflow improvement opportunities and translating business needs into standardised or automated processes.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating across teams, functions and organisational levels.
- Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn new processes, technologies and areas of the supply chain.
- Acts with urgency: steps in, takes ownership and stays close to the action, turning insights into decisions and decisions into momentum.
- Leads with how: brings analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset, challenges the status quo, makes the complex simple, communicates with clarity and builds strong partnerships across the business.
- Is flexible: thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, navigates ambiguity with confidence and adapts as priorities shift.
- Plays to win: focuses on solutions that work, measurable value and improvements that make a real difference, and helps bring ideas to life.
- Must currently reside in Belgium; applications from candidates outside Belgium will not be accepted and no relocation package or deal is offered.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with workflow, analytics or automation tools.
- Professional proficiency in Dutch.
- Experience with analytics tools, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, process mapping, simulation or supply chain technology.
Workplace
- Hybrid working: two days per week working from home and three days per week at the office.
- Candidates need to be able to reach the office by their own means; public transport is not recommended for this site.
