Senior Strategy Analyst, NA

Nike's Strategy teams shape and drive the company's growth agenda by leading business planning processes, aligning enterprise leadership to realise the biggest opportunities, and spearheading transformational projects across Nike's diverse businesses and geographies. Based within the North America Geography, this role collaborates with the North America leadership team, strategy teammates, and cross-functional partners who help shape the future of sport in North America. The Senior Strategy Analyst brings structure to business questions, conducts rigorous analysis, and translates findings into clear implications, working through ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.

• Contribute to integrated growth plan workstreams that connect consumer, product, marketplace, brand and business priorities, gathering inputs, testing hypotheses, analysing data and translating strategic direction into clear initiatives, milestones and actions.
• Research consumer, competitive and marketplace trends, build fact bases, assess options and synthesise findings that help project leaders and business partners evaluate future growth opportunities.
• Support strategic project scoping, workplans, stakeholder coordination and milestone tracking, owning defined analyses and deliverables and proactively surfacing issues.
• Partner with Finance, Insights & Analytics and business teams to gather data, monitor KPIs, diagnose performance and identify key learnings.
• Help develop scorecards and recommendations that focus attention on the highest-impact opportunities.
• Develop clear presentations, business reviews and workshop materials, distilling complex quantitative and qualitative information into concise insights, implications and decision points.
• Maintain high quality from the initial question through to the final recommendation.
• Apply and improve shared tools, templates and strategic frameworks.
• Share learnings with teammates, seek feedback and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing strategy team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Applied Science or a related field; any suitable combination of education, experience and training will be accepted.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, investment banking, corporate finance, business operations, business development, analytics or a related field.
• Experience supporting strategic projects or workstreams through research, analysis, synthesis and development of recommendations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure questions, work with quantitative and qualitative data and identify meaningful insights.
• Working knowledge of market analysis, financial modelling, forecasting, KPI development and business-case support.
• Strong written and verbal communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, leadership-ready presentations.
• Solid project management and organisational skills, including the ability to manage multiple deliverables, coordinate inputs and meet deadlines in a matrixed environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work while maintaining perspective on the broader strategic question.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, incorporate feedback, build trust and influence through facts and clear thinking.
• Curiosity, learning agility, initiative and comfort working through ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Proficiency with Keynote or similar presentation tools and with spreadsheet-based analysis.

• Experience in apparel, footwear, retail, sport, consumer products or another consumer-facing industry.
