Processor Audit

This position is responsible for auditing outbound shipping cartons to ensure the quality and accuracy of their contents and label placement. The role operates within a warehouse environment, where audits are completed in line with a detailed standard of work and results are recorded using computer systems and scanners. The post holder may also be required to lead or train employees in adequate standards of work, as designated by management.

• Pull cartons from the outbound conveyor to inspect contents and the quality of the carton, the tape and the label placement.
• Complete an audit of each container by following audit practices as defined in the detailed standard of work.
• Document accuracy, including SKU accuracy and count, and errors found during audits using the appropriate audit form.
• Record and track each audited carton using the computer system and scanner.
• Conduct all tasks in accordance with satisfactory safety practices.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area.
• Lead or train employees in adequate standards of work, as designated by management.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

• Fluent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated adherence to scheduled work hours with punctuality and timeliness.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring the integrity of documentation and order preparation.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple, concurrent processes.
• Ability to carry out assigned tasks with little or no supervision.
• Basic computer skills, including warehouse data entry systems and Microsoft Office products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to climb, stoop, bend, carry, and manually wrap and package golf-related products.
• Ability to work various shifts and/or extended hours as necessary.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption.

• 3+ months of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse or a closely related field.

• Normal warehouse conditions, with possible exposure to extreme temperature conditions.
