Manager, POS Procurement

This position leads temporary POS procurement as part of Red Bull's category management strategy within the Operations business unit. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of POS Technical Procurement, the role develops category strategies, manages supplier relationships, and applies brand and design standards to ensure high-quality, on-brand assets are delivered to market.

• Support the procurement strategy to reduce costs and drive efficiencies through optimisation of sourcing processes, designs, materials, and services.
• Build category strategies, including data analysis, market overview, cost and gap analysis, vendor rationalisation, and initiative development.
• Implement supplier strategies and optimise the supplier base through relationship management, supplier evaluations, feedback, and sourcing new suppliers to fill gaps.
• Manage supplier performance, including setting expectations, issue resolution, development, continuous improvement, goal measurement, and root cause analysis for performance issues, and provide reports to monitor spending, identify trends and opportunities, and aid supplier performance activities.
• Manage the complete contract lifecycle from negotiation through execution, and manage assigned categories and projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing, including supplier qualification and briefing, tenders, price negotiation, supplier selection, and management of commercial impacts.
• Ensure accurate product data, renderings, and installation instructions for temporary and semi-permanent POS displays, and participate in press checks to ensure product quality meets specifications.
• Support sustainability and innovation through material selection, design optimisation, and efficient pack-outs, and support supply chain practices that reduce total supply chain costs and lead times while maximising customer service levels.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing to align creative vision with vendor design and capabilities, manage supplier relationships to meet brand standards, and work with Risk Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to reduce risks and ensure business plans support the Sales organisation.
• Provide technical direction, advice, and counsel on POS display and procurement processes and issues, lead RFPs and POS display structural design to achieve the ideal balance of quality, service, and cost, drive sourcing activity and creative opportunities for strategic partnerships
• Provide first line of communication with assigned suppliers and company partners, and act as a connector and collaborator between departments to ensure balanced decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or another related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, with proven experience designing, issuing, and managing the end-to-end RFP process, executing robust supplier relationship management, and leading negotiations.
• Direct experience with temporary and semi-permanent POS materials, including technical structural design review, print production, cost drivers, and market installation.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to create and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while firmly defending procurement policies and negotiation positions.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving ability with experience in root cause analysis.
• Ability to develop procurement strategies with suppliers, including ongoing negotiations, pricing, supply chain metrics improvement, and daily support of efficient supply chain operations.
• Systems experience, including SAP, Business Intelligence, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and Ariba.
• Exceptional project planning skills, including the ability to create realistic timelines, identify critical path and milestones, and manage exceptions smoothly and successfully.
• High level of adaptability, a strong customer service attitude, and the ability to maintain composure and generate results when faced with unexpected challenges.

• Experience writing service contracts, letters of understanding, and/or supply agreements.
• CPSM, CPM, and/or Six Sigma certification.
