Job description
About the Role
EMEA Marketplace Supply Chain is seeking a Supply Chain In-Season Specialist to strengthen operational excellence within the Goal Setting and End-of-Month team. The role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, Finance and Logistics, orchestrating and consolidating unit forecasts, in-month reforecasts and shipping-performance tracking across the EMEA marketplace. The specialist turns data into clear insights, aligns cross-functional teams and helps improve KPIs, processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead unit forecasting and shipping-performance activities through clearly defined operating cadences, creating visibility across the organisation and translating insights into actions for supply chain planning, network capacity, financial targets and shipment landing.
- Coordinate priorities across a matrixed organisation, partnering with cross-functional teams to align decisions and deliver consistent operational execution.
- Combine coverage, availability and marketplace insights to influence forecasting and shipping performance against monthly, quarterly and annual financial goals.
- Improve tools and processes through hands-on analysis and practical feedback, making EMEA in-season forecasting and supply chain operations simpler, faster and more effective.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Relevant or transferable experience in unit forecasting and supply chain operations.
- Strong understanding of commercial realities and consumer trends, with the ability to identify, flag and track risks and opportunities and translate them into actionable operational plans.
- Strong analytical capabilities and a results-focused approach to operational excellence, with experience using tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, Databricks, Alteryx, Excel or similar platforms.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to make complex topics accessible to audiences with different levels of subject-matter knowledge.
- Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills, with a track record of building effective cross-functional relationships and improving customer service.
- Ability to define, track and improve meaningful KPIs that support network-capacity planning and financial revenue recognition.
- A continuous-improvement mindset and demonstrated experience delivering practical process improvements.
- The initiative to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
