Executive, Client Services

THE·TEAM is seeking a passionate and proactive Executive to join its team in Singapore, in a position designed for someone at the early stages of their career who wants first-hand experience in a leading global agency. The Executive is an integral part of the client teams, supporting the successful delivery of projects from brief to execution. The role is crucial in ensuring client deliverables and project milestones are delivered on time, on budget and to the quality expected by THE·TEAM and its clients.

• Assist the Manager/Account Lead in the day-to-day servicing of client accounts, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support the development of activation concepts that deliver on client requests, demonstrating critical thinking and creative solutions.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports and marketing materials for clients.
• Provide administrative support for event planning and delivery, including registrations, logistics and scheduling.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
• Assist with on-site event support as required.
• Help develop content and assets for campaigns, ensuring materials are aligned with client and brand objectives.
• Monitor event and campaign performance, compiling data and insights for internal and client reporting.
• Conduct desk research on industry trends, competitors and potential opportunities in sports and entertainment.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations to support the team's strategy and decision-making.

• 1–2+ years of experience in events, marketing, sponsorship or related fields (internship experience welcome).
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• A proactive, positive and "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Passion for sports, music and entertainment.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

• An additional Asian language is an advantage.
