Learning & Coaching Executive

This is an in-office Learning & Coaching Executive role within Entain's Learning & Development team, reporting to the Training Manager. The role is responsible for designing, delivering and maintaining training programmes that support both new starters and existing employees. The postholder ensures colleagues have the knowledge and confidence to perform to a high standard, supporting a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing professional development.

• Develop accurate and engaging training materials, ensuring content remains up to date with processes and best practices.
• Deliver onboarding training for new starters, supporting them through their transition into live operational roles.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to new employees during their initial transition period to ensure confidence, competence and engagement.
• Conduct regular refresher training and individual coaching sessions for existing staff to promote knowledge, address performance gaps and support continuous improvement.
• Identify learning needs through performance data, feedback and observation, and adapt training accordingly.
• Work with operational leaders and team members to align training programmes with organisational goals.
• Track training completion, coaching outcomes and learner progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Promote a positive learning culture that encourages continuous development and knowledge sharing.

• Experience in a learning, classroom training and coaching, or people development role.
• Ability to create clear, structured training materials.
• Experience delivering training and coaching in both one-to-one and group settings.
• Ability to apply training approaches that suit different learning styles.
