- Translate Nike seasonal strategy needs into executions that improve the sell-in experience in showrooms, from physical initiatives such as a new Footwear wall to piloting new technologies that help digitalise showrooms.
- Act as the voice and ears of the showrooms, ensuring proper communication with key stakeholders and collecting feedback to transform into actionable plans that improve their experience.
- Train relevant stakeholders on processes in place and enforce the rules of the process.
- Contribute to code gate executions such as GTM, SKOs and SPA where synergies with showrooms are needed.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring messages across, understand stakeholder needs and bring people together.
- Experience working closely with sales, account merchandising and buyers or partners, with an understanding of the marketplace to serve tailored experiences.
- Transition management skills, including strong communication and the ability to create training sessions and materials to introduce and promote new tools.
- Service-minded approach, ensuring every event runs smoothly and house rules are maintained to keep spaces premium.
