Associate Supply Trader

Owns deal creation and acts as the first line of analysis for deal performance. The postholder manages a portfolio of accounts, tracks results using DSP reporting data, and identifies scaling or delivery issues early. They work closely with Customer Success and Sales to resolve troubleshooting questions and account issues.

• Own deal creation by receiving requests and building all deals accurately and on time.
• Manage assigned accounts and build Excel tracking documents for campaigns.
• Log every deal optimisation and measure its impact on performance.
• Monitor performance and flag performance issues and significant spend drops to the Manager early and with context.
• Deliver weekly account updates to the Customer Success Team.
• Review deal health across SSPs using bid request data and troubleshooting tools, providing clear insights on scaling challenges before escalating to the Manager with analysis, not just a problem statement.
• Maintain Jira tickets, keep statuses accurate and current, and respond to raised questions.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to resolve troubleshooting questions and account issues.

• Excel skills: PivotTables, SUM/SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Name Manager, and the ability to review large datasets quickly and accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, organised working style.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for daily work with US-based teams.
• Clear written communication, especially for status updates and escalations.
• Ability to prioritise across multiple accounts and deadlines.

• 1 to 3 years in programmatic advertising, ad operations, or deal/account support.
• Familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, PMP/deal IDs, and bid request troubleshooting.
• Experience with Jira or a similar ticketing system.
• College degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing.
