(Junior) Manager Logistics E-Commerce limited 12 months

This role supports an outstanding customer experience by helping ensure logistics services meet the speed and quality expectations of European e-commerce and retail customers. It manages day-to-day logistics operations and coordinates with warehouses, carriers, and partners to support timely and accurate deliveries. The role also monitors performance, handles operational clearing cases, supports logistics projects and capacity planning, and contributes to procurement and B2B sales order coordination.

• Support an outstanding customer experience by ensuring logistics services meet the speed and quality expectations of European e-commerce and retail customers.
• Manage day-to-day logistics operations and coordinate with warehouses, carriers, and partners to help ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse and carrier performance, prepare regular reports, and provide clear summaries and insights to internal teams and external partners.
• Handle operational clearing cases across inbound, outbound, and returns and support the identification of process improvements.
• Monitor marketplace requirements and SLAs, including platforms such as Zalando and Amazon, and coordinate corrective actions where needed.
• Support logistics projects such as onboarding new countries, marketplaces, partners, or services, taking ownership of defined workstreams and tasks.
• Support capacity planning by preparing regular and ad-hoc forecasts, analyses, and reports for internal and external stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Monitor system interfaces between ERP and WMS, support data accuracy, and assist with invoice validation.
• Support complex customer service inquiries by providing relevant warehouse and logistics insights, and identify opportunities to improve logistics services through operational analysis and market insights.
• Coordinate day-to-day procurement activities, including purchase order creation, supplier communication, and delivery tracking; prepare purchasing reports, monitor supplier performance, and support process and cost improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate B2B sales order creation and track deliveries to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, or a comparable qualification.
• 0–4 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce operations, procurement, or a related area; recent graduates with relevant internships or working student experience are also welcome.
• Hands-on and proactive mindset with an interest in solving operational challenges.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently on assigned responsibilities while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with data, reports, and operational KPIs.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills being essential.

• Experience with ERP, WMS, or logistics systems is an advantage but not required.
