- Build chef planners in line with the required budget under the direction of the Executive Chef for both sides of the business.
- Ensure accurate client numbers are provided to chefs to support efficient food production.
- Type up menus accurately in the appropriate format as directed by the Executive Chef and prepare menu packs for event day folders.
- Maintain the event orders board and ensure all updates are captured.
- Ensure all ISO paperwork is up to date and completed correctly by the chefs.
- Carry out general administrative tasks and organise the day-to-day running of the chefs' office.
- Provide a link between the finishing kitchens around the ground and the central processing unit to ensure efficient dispatch of food requirements.
- Check in and allocate all match day chefs and kitchen porters, and ensure match day event packs are collected, checked post-match and filed accurately.
- Maintain health and safety compliance, take part in health and safety meetings, and work with the onsite HSE champion to ensure Silver and Gold standards are delivered and maintained.
- Ensure health and safety training is completed in accordance with legal and company requirements, and demonstrate personal responsibility for the health and safety of self and others.
- Support other team members within the location where applicable, and treat all staff, customers and clients in a polite and professional manner.
- Remain perceptive to innovative ideas and pursue them in a positive manner.
