Job description
About the Role
This senior individual contributor owns the functional direction of SUN DAY RED's Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay systems across wholesale, DTC eCommerce, retail, and international channels. The role translates apparel and footwear business requirements into scalable global ERP solutions and leads requirements definition and functional solution design for the global operating ERP platform. It partners closely with Order Management, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align enterprise applications with business needs and brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own functional direction and configuration standards for SUN DAY RED's Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes and systems, currently on Oracle EBS.
- Lead SUN DAY RED's strategy work: document business requirements, run fit-gap analysis, and support platform evaluation and selection with IT and Finance leadership.
- Support O2C processes across all channels: wholesale and key accounts (EDI, pre-book and at-once orders, chargebacks), DTC eCommerce (order orchestration, returns), retail stores and pop-ups (POS integration, store inventory), and international distributors (multi-currency, cross-border fulfilment).
- Lead cross-functional requirement sessions across Sales, Order Management, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate seasonal line plans and demand into solutions.
- Design current-state and future-state processes and configurations spanning integrated O2C and P2P modules.
- Act as SUN DAY RED's functional lead on projects and serve as an extension of TaylorMade's global Enterprise Applications team.
- Translate business requests into technology solutions, balancing cost, quality, and business fit, and deliver on time and on budget with internal and external IT and business teams.
- Pilot emerging technologies including agentic AI and workflow automation, and guide peers and business partners on adoption and best practices.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Deep functional expertise in Oracle O2C and P2P modules: Order Management, Pricing, Shipping Execution, Purchasing, and Inventory.
- Working knowledge of apparel and footwear ERP concepts: style-colour-size matrix, seasonal line planning, pre-book vs. at-once orders, and the PLM-to-ERP product handoff.
- Experience integrating ERP with Finance, PLM, eCommerce, POS, and EDI/B2B platforms.
- Experience leading ERP requirements, fit-gap analysis, or platform selection.
- Proven ability to build business cases with ROI analysis.
- Strong facilitation skills to resolve conflicts and align priorities across stakeholder groups.
- Ability to lead without formal authority across consultants, integrators, and business teams.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and their responsible use in daily work.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of enterprise applications experience, including 7+ years of Oracle EBS Order Management and Procurement expertise.
Preferred Skills
- Apparel, footwear, or consumer products industry experience preferred.
- SQL/PL-SQL preferred.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure a plus.
Workplace
- Normal office conditions with extensive computer and phone usage.
- Ability to work extended hours as necessary.
- Light physical effort equal to lifting or moving of lightweight materials.
Benefits & Perks
- Additional benefits may be offered in accordance with company plans, such as health and wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, and paid time off.
