Commonwealth Games England (CGE) leads and manages the participation of Team England at the Commonwealth Games. We work closely with each sport's National Governing Body, our funding partner Sport England, the Games' Organising Committee, the Commonwealth Games Federation and corporate partners to support athletes and staff across the Games cycle.
We help deliver excellent performance environments, represent England effectively within the Commonwealth Games Federation, and raise the profile and reinforce the value, reputation and future of the Commonwealth Games.
From supporting athletes and para-athletes across a range of sports to coordinating partnerships, governance and event operations, our work is built around enabling Team England to perform on the world stage.
Founded in 1994 and based in London, we are proud to be the home of Team England, the nation's Commonwealth Games team.
