Global Sports Talent is the executive search and talent advisory practice within Global Sports, the specialist careers platform for the international sports industry. We help sports organisations identify, attract and appoint the leaders who make the difference.

Our work covers commercial, performance and organisational leadership roles across global sport, delivered through three practice areas. Commercial and leadership search handles senior appointments across commercial, marketing and operational leadership, including C-suite and board roles. High-performance and elite search covers directors of performance and sport, lead coaches and technical leaders, and medical, science and performance roles. Talent advisory supports leadership mapping and gap analysis, organisational design, and role definition and team structure — advice with or without search.

We work with rights-holders, leagues, governing bodies, clubs, media organisations and sport tech businesses, building stronger leadership teams and better long-term talent outcomes. Clients have included Qatar Foundation, TGI Sport, Independent Talent Group and Team Saudi.

Our team brings senior leadership experience from organisations including DAZN, Perform, Superbet and Elevate, alongside a network built over 25 years and one million-plus professionals across sport and media. Mandates are personally led by Shaun Conning and Will Lloyd, with senior attention at every step.
