Stats Perform is the market leader in sports tech and AI. We provide the most trusted sports data to some of the world’s biggest organisations, across sports, media and broadcasts.
We succeed thanks to a team of amazing people. They spend their days collecting, analysing and interpreting data from a wide range of live sporting events. If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, teams of elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry and a host of ‘behind the scenes’ support staff, you’ve got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience!
We just need YOU!
You’re Unique
As a Stats Perform colleague, you can expect…
…to be part of a team that celebrates Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Our team is dedicated to creating an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued, welcome and has the ability to succeed.
…to have the opportunity to join or establish Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). These are voluntary, employee-led groups that seek to enhance the visibility and development of our diverse employees. The Women of Stats Perform is just one successful ERG established globally.
…to celebrate other cultures and traditions. We’re a global organisation and work hard to ensure representation of colleagues is felt around the world, from Diwali celebrations to Black History Month and International Women’s Day to Veteran’s Day.
Your Community
As a Stats Perform colleague, you can expect…
…to be involved in building a better world. We are committed to tackling global issues and we take our CSR obligations seriously. Covering just 2022 and 2023, we offset a total of over 3,480 tonnes of carbon through donations to the REDD+ Forest Protection project.
…to take advantage of our volunteering time off program. Each colleague is given two-days volunteering leave each year to enhance the communities in which you live and work. You will be offered the chance to support activities that support underrepresented groups, sporting technology initiatives and local causes and events.
…to support our Global Charity Partner – Seable. Seable helps the visually impaired to embrace their independence and be confident to participate in activities and sports, around the world. This is just one way we support underrepresented communities to be involved in all that sports has to offer.
