The primary responsibility is to generate revenue by leading an end-to-end sales process from category and prospect identification, to negotiation and deal closing – bringing brands and rights-holder clients together through efficient, creative or innovative sports marketing campaigns. The successful candidate should understand how to successfully manage a B2B sales process from end-to-end, and be comfortable at pitching, presenting and negotiating with marketing decision-makers at all levels. They should be able to build strong prospect lists, have a good market knowledge across categories and brands, and be adept at creating sales opportunities through cold outreach before moving it through the sales funnel.

The role of the Coordinator is to primarily assist with the coordination of the ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors and ITF Junior Team Competitions with occasional support provided to the WTMT. The role of Director Licensing Operations will be seconded by CGFP to the Victoria 2026 Organising Committee (OC).  The Director Licensing Operations will be part of the commercial management team within the Finance & Corporate Services department of the OC.  The Director Licensing Operations will oversee the planning and delivery of all LM operational obligations required by the LM programme from the OC in the lead up to, during and post Games-time.
