
UK Hospitality & Fan Experience Manager (April - November)

Essential Functions:
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
• Working alongside sales and event agency to deliver a high-end retail hospitality experience
• Design, planning and delivery of all NFL VIP spaces and programmes
• Branding and design for all hospitality and customer facing areas
• Conduit between contractors and NFL Creative
• Administration support including finance, invoices, schedules, building presentations, project plans, status reports and contracts
• Day-to-day lead for stadium catering; creation of menus for GA/VIP events
• May include outside events
• Entertainment programming
• Cross department guest list management alongside NFL Ticketing team
• Working closely with the NFL’s Elite Service, management of internal clients, teams, NFL executives and team ownership
• Integrated into the delivery of Fans First! Programme and management of City Volunteers
• Support in the execution and delivery of the NFL Germany games
Technical Experience Required:
• Minimum of 4 years’ working within the sport and events industry
o Working within stadiums desired but not essential
• Experience in managing and executing multiple events
• Outstanding stakeholder management
Personal Attributes:
• Highly organised with exceptional time management and efficient problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid computer proficiency
• Willingness to travel, work long hours and weekends when required
