As a professional Project Manager you have the full responsibility to make our projects a success: from project kick-off to project completion. Your reporting line is into the global Head of PMO who is member of our global IT organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects and sub-projects: from a coordinated initialization to successful implementation including requirement and change management
  • Lead the project team(s) by managing plans and timelines, costs schedules and resources according to project beat
  • Support with your experience in operational project management and support the projects with your passion in collaboration with internal SPORTFIVE resources and team but also with external suppliers
  • Excellent documentation of project results as well as monitoring and reporting of project progress incl. escalation procedures and project boards
  • Enrich the team with your Project Management experience and train them in PM methodologies

Your Profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards
  • Project management certification, such as Prince2, PMP or IPMA or agile methodologies as SCRUM
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in project management methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Professional communication, leadership, and team management skills, with the ability to guide and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work successfully with different people & stakeholders
  • Conceptual thinking combined with methodologies e.g. for problem solving or creativity
  • Motivation to keep your commitments and lead your project to success
  • Willingness and ability to work independently, autonomously and goal-oriented within the given scope of freedom
  • Intercultural experience and methodological competence
  • Verbal and visual presentation of complex issues
  • Fluent in English to manage projects in an international environment
