YOUR MISSION
-
Prepare market- and competitor studies on an international level as well as analyzing forecasts and sales analyses
-
Develop collection- and marketing strategies for the assigned product lines
-
Drive the product creation process based on the Go-to-Market (GTM) calendar, in close collaboration with Design, Development (PUMA Group Sourcing) and Merchandising, to ensure seasonal targets and market needs are met.

Work closely with Business Unit, footwear, apparel and accessories teams to ensure concept and product coordination across all product segments

Become a product expert and knowledge leader by the company in order to lead and present their category internally and externally

Integration of range planning parameters (Category/Segments/Styles/Price Points/DC/Customers/ product flow/ color merchandising) in decision making

Constantly challenging the product costing and how costing affects the product quality, margin & net sales from design to phase to production release

Collaborate in planning the whole sell-in support (catalogue etc.)

Fulfill daily tasks, seasonal timelines, set priorities effectively and require minimal supervision or direction

Regularly market, fairs and supplier visits.
YOUR TALENT
-
Minimum 3 years of international experience in product management, product marketing or collection merchandising in the footwear sport/-lifestyle industry. Ideally with a top tier international sports company. Very good knowledge and passion for the sport, technical consumer trends as well as the fashion/lifestyle market.

Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

Initiative, energy, passion, eye for details, confident and looking for daily challenges in an international environment with the ability to set priorities

Very strong analytical skills, overall business orientation and deep knowledge of MS Office environment (Excel, Power Point, etc.)

Strong presentation skills as well as excellent English knowledge (written and spoken).

Knows how to act as an example for the team and department regarding professional maturity, discretion, sound judgment

Graduate studies in Business Administration, Marketing or comparable degree.
