Event lead for the planning, delivery, and execution of best-in-class NFL Fan events during the NFL regular season games in Germany.

Full description

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Manage, deliver, and execute NFL Gameday Fan Experience(s) and NFL Germany Game Kickoff Event with operational excellence
• Manage day to day relationship with German event agency
• Manage relationship with NFL cross functional departments and integration of their key goals and business objectives
• Manage all partner integration at NFL fan events, including commercial activations, contractual requirements, content and branding
• Lead on all NFL fan event branding, managing the briefing, design, approvals, and installation process
• Support NFL merchandise operation across all NFL fan events and ensure effective communication and collaboration with partner Fanatics
• Oversight of food and beverage offering, working closely with NFL Head of Hospitality to agree price points and menus
• Lead entertainment programming and event run of show working closely with our NFL Game entertainment director on acts and screen content
• Fan event oversight of NFL wayfinding program

Required Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years’ working within the sport and events industry
• Experience in managing and executing various large scale fan events
• Experience in managing multiple partners and agencies
• Ability to manage and track budgets up to the value of £1 million
• Outstanding stakeholder management
• An understanding of American Football
• German speaking preferable but not required

• Motivated, self-starter who demonstrates a positive attitude in challenging situations
• Ability to work independently and be proactive
• Takes accountability for actions and results
• Willingness to travel outside of the UK, work long hours and weekends when required
